- 1/4 c. canola oil
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve dry yeast in lukewarm water and mix in.

2Mix together canola oil, warm water, sugar and salt.

3Add egg and flour and mix to form stiff dough.

4Roll dough 3/8-inch thick.

5Cut in circles. Dip both sides in melted margarine or butter and fold one side over other.

6Refrigerate or let rise for 2 hours.

7Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
