- 1 lb. whole pecans
- 8 oz. candied cherries
- 8 oz. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. dates
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Chop fruit into small pieces.

2Add 1 cup sugar.

3Add WHOLE pecans.

4Stir very good and set aside.

5In another bowl, mix 1 cup sugar, flour, eggs, salt and vanilla.

6Mix together good and add to first mixture.

7Mix very good.

8Grease and flour (I use Baker's Joy) a Bundt or tube pan.

9Pour in mixture.

10Bake at 275° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
