  • 1/2 lb. pineapple preserves (or peach)
  • 8 oz. bottle cherries
  • 3 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Bake in angel food pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
