- 6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste

2Spread 1 cup potato chips in a 1-quart greased casserole dish; add eggs.

3Blend soup, milk and onion. Season with salt and pepper.

4Pour over eggs; sprinkle with remaining potato chips.
