  • 1/2 mango, cut up
  • sweet onion (medium), cut up
  • 1/2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
  • 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1/3 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard or 1/2 tsp. thyme or marjoram
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 tsp. basil
