- 1 container (16 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits (Grands)
- 4 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
- 1/8 cups Chopped Frozen Spinach (squeezed Dry)
- 2 slices American Cheese, Unwrapped And Cut Into Quarters
- 8 whole Eggs

1Put biscuits onto a greased or foil-lined baking sheet. Bake biscuits according to package instructions. When you are done, remove the pan from the oven but keep the oven on.

2Once they are out of the oven, cut the top off the biscuits and scoop out the inside. It should look like a biscuit bowl.

3Put 1/2 tablespoon of the cream cheese, some spinach and one of the cheese quarters into each bowl. Crack an egg into each bowl. Return biscuits to the oven for 20 minutes. I leave the cut off biscuit tops out of the oven to avoid burning them. Just add them to the top when the 20 minutes are up.
