- 9 slices bread, torn
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
- 8 eggs
- 2 lb. diced ham
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Break up bread.

3Stir in cheese and ham.

4Pour eggs, milk and spices that have been beaten well over bread, cheese and ham.

5Push any bread that sticks up down with a fork.

6Cover with tinfoil and refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour or until knife in center comes out clean.

8Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
