  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 slices bread, cut up
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. cooked sausage

Directions

    Cook sausage and drain.

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

    Let set in refrigerator overnight.

    Cover with wax paper.

    Bake at 350° the next morning for 45 minutes. You must refrigerate overnight.
