  • 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 c. shredded reduced-fat Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. frozen bell pepper and onions, thawed and patted dry
  • 32 slices pepperoni
  • 1 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese

    Heat oven to 425°. Coat a baking sheet with a nonstick spray. Unroll pizza crust on a cutting board and stretch dough into a 12-inch square. Cut in quarters (you'll have four 6-inch squares).
