- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 1/2 lb. link sausage (turkey may be used)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Brown sausage.

2Drain and cut into slices.

3Place bread cubes into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Sprinkle cheese on top.

5Place sausage on top of cheese.

6Beat eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and dry mustard together.

7Pour over the bread mixture.

8Cover and refrigerate overnight.

9Next morning, dilute soup with 2 tablespoons milk and pour over top.

10Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.
