- 6 slices bread
- 1 lb. bacon or other breakfast meat
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 12 eggs
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Remove crust from bread.

2Place in a well-greased, 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Layer bacon (cooked, drained and broken), cheese and parsley flakes over the bread.

4Beat eggs and milk until fluffy.

5Pour over the top of everything.

6Refrigerate for 24 hours.

7Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until eggs are set.
