  • 1/2 lb. diced cooked ham
  • 12 slices fresh bread, cubed
  • 4 c. milk
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. butter

    Beat eggs.

    Fold in milk.

    Add remaining ingredients, except butter.

    Put into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.

    Do not cover. Top with the butter.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
