- 1 lb. beef steak
- 1 large onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick celery
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Directions

1Wash beef steak; cut into four pieces.

2Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in pan.

3When heated, brown meat on both sides, then cut onion, bell pepper and celery.

4Add salt and pepper and then add to meat in pan.

5If you want lots of gravy, you can add one tablespoon of flour to a cup of water.

6Let simmer for 25 minutes. Serves 4 or more.
