  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. ham or sausage
  • 1 1/2 lb. loose hash browns
  • 2 c. diced Cheddar or American cheese
  • salt and pepper lightly

Directions

    Melt margarine in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Lay hash browns over margarine.

    Layer meat and cheese over hash browns.

    I separate bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together, then pour over the casserole.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes covered, then uncovered for 15 minutes.

    Let sit for 10 minutes.
