  • 1 lb. cooked sausage, ham or bacon
  • 12 slices buttered bread
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 to 8 eggs
  • 1 lb. grated cheese

Directions

    Grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

    Line with bread and sprinkle with meat.

    Combine milk and eggs and pour over; top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
