- 2 lb. sausage
- 4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 12 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 slices bread
- 6 Tbsp. chopped onion
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage.

2Slightly beat eggs.

3Add milk, salt, mustard, bread (tear into small pieces), grated Cheddar and onion. Add sausage to ingredients; mix together and pour into baking dish (9 x 13-inch).

4Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

5Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until center is firmly cooked. Stir lightly every 15 to 20 minutes.

6Do not stir after removal from oven.
