- 2 c. croutons
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Combine croutons and cheese.

3In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, onion powder and pepper.

4Mix until blended.

5Pour crouton mixture into pan and pour egg mixture over.

6Crumble bacon on top of casserole.

7Bake at 325° for 55 to 60 minutes.
