- 8 slices day old bread
- 5 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can mushrooms
- 3/4 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Layer bread on bottom (cubed) of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

2Layer sausage, mushrooms and cheese.

3Mix eggs, mustard, salt and 2 1/2 cups milk.

4Add soup to egg mixture.

5Pour over bread, sausage and cheese.

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Cook 45 minutes at 350°.
