  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 6 slices bread, cut off crusts
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

    Prepare 9 x 13-inch casserole with margarine or cooking spray. Drain sausage well; refrigerate separately.

    Place bread in bottom of dish.

    Mix egg, milk and mustard well and pour over bread.

    Sprinkle cheese over entire mixture.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
