- 1 doz. eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or 1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked or 1 ham steak, cubed
- 3 tsp. parsley (optional)
- 1 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Velveeta
Directions

1Beat and scramble eggs, parsley and nutmeg.

2Cook just until almost done.

3Layer in greased 9 x 13-inch pan, eggs, sour cream, meat and cheese.

4Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
