  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices toast, cubed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 lb. mild sausage, cooked and drained

    Beat eggs and milk well.

    Stir in toast, salt, dry mustard and sausage.

    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Add cheese and cook in 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
