Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon (12 slices), fried and crumbled
  • 3 or 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 3 slices (7 x 4-inch) Swiss cheese
  • 1 to 2 tsp. parsley

    In small bowl, combine bacon, eggs, milk and onion.

    Set aside.

    Separate dough into 4 rectangles and place in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Press over bottom and 1-inch up sides to form a crust.

    Place cheese slices over dough.

    Pour egg mixture over cheese.

    Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly brown and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.

    To reheat, wrap loosely in foil and bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
