- 2 lb. crawfish tails with fat
- 1 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Grind crawfish tails.

2Saute onions in margarine until soft. Add crawfish and cook about 15 minutes.

3Add fat and mushroom soup, cooking another 5 to 10 minutes.

4Season to taste.
