  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 2 cups swiss cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (5 ounce) box croutons
  • salt & pepper

    Layer 9x13 pan with croutons and each cheese.

    Cook and crumble bacon.

    In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and 1/2 & 1/2.

    Top pan with bacon then pour mixture over cheese.

    Cover and refigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
