- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 12 cups milk
- 1 lb bacon
- 2 cups swiss cheese
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 (5 ounce) box croutons
- salt & pepper
Directions

1Layer 9x13 pan with croutons and each cheese.

2Cook and crumble bacon.

3In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and 1/2 & 1/2.

4Top pan with bacon then pour mixture over cheese.

5Cover and refigerate overnight.
