- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tbsp onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 slice ham
- 1 cheddar cheese (just enough to sprinkle on each egg cup)
- 12 foil baking cups
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450.

2Place foil baking cups in a cupcake pan.

3Mix together first 7 ingredients in a bowl.

4Pour egg mixture into foil cups until each is about 3/4 full.

5Cut up ham into small pieces and evenly distribute into cups.

6Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

7Bake 8-10 minutes.

8Freeze leftovers to enjoy as a quick breakfast another day!
