Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 slice ham
  • 1 cheddar cheese (just enough to sprinkle on each egg cup)
  • 12 foil baking cups

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450.

    Place foil baking cups in a cupcake pan.

    Mix together first 7 ingredients in a bowl.

    Pour egg mixture into foil cups until each is about 3/4 full.

    Cut up ham into small pieces and evenly distribute into cups.

    Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

    Bake 8-10 minutes.

    Freeze leftovers to enjoy as a quick breakfast another day!
