- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- pinch of salt
- unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except the pie shell in a blender.

2Pour mixture into pie shell and bake in a 350° oven until custard thickens (approximately 30 minutes).

3You may use egg substitute if you are watching your cholesterol.

4If you do not have a pie shell, this recipe is good baked in a pie plate.
