  • 1 qt. sweet milk
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and salt together.

    Heat milk in double boiler or set pan in water and let milk come almost to the boiling point.

    Beat eggs and mix with sugar, salt, flour and 1 cup of milk.

    Add this to hot milk and stir until it is thickness you want.

    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. 6
    Add vanilla after cooking. Serve cold.
