  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • whole graham crackers

Directions

    Place one layer whole graham crackers on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    In saucepan melt margarine, sugar, milk and egg.

    Bring to full boil, stir constantly for one minute, then remove.
  4. 4
    Add coconut, nuts and crumbs. Mix well. Pour over layer of crackers. Add another layer of whole crackers on top.

    Refrigerate several hours.
