  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • dash of nutmeg or any desired flavoring

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Add sugar.

    Add flavoring, flour, salt, milk and yolks of eggs; mix well.

    Lightly fold in whites of eggs and pour into pie shell.

    Bake 30 minutes in 350° to 375° oven.
