- 2 c. boiling water
- dash of salt
- nutmeg to taste
- 1 cooked pie shell
Directions

1Pour into uncooked pie shell.

2Cook at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 300°.

3Cook until done, about 20 more minutes. Let cool.

4Serve slightly warm or cold.
