  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • dash of salt
  • nutmeg to taste
  • 1 cooked pie shell

Directions

    Pour into uncooked pie shell.

    Cook at 400° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 300°.

    Cook until done, about 20 more minutes. Let cool.

    Serve slightly warm or cold.
