- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. milk (1 1/2 c. whole milk, 1/2 c. evaporated)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 unbaked pie shells or 1 deep dish shell
Directions

1Heat milk to boiling.

2Beat eggs and sugar.

3Pour boiling hot milk into egg and sugar mixture and beat for 1 minute.

4Bake at 475° for 5 minutes, then 425° for 10 minutes.

5Done when knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pie.
