  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Line pan with pastry and brush with egg whites, beaten. Combine eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt.

    Add milk; mix well.

    Pour in pie crust.

    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
