- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. meal
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Beat egg whites with 3 teaspoons sugar and put on top of pie. Chop peppermint candy and put on top egg whites. Brown top of pie.
