- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. whole milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 stick margarine or butter
Directions

1Put eggs in blender, then sugar.

2Blend about 7 minutes on low speed.

3Put milk on stove and cook until it boils.

4Set it off one minute.

5Repeat 3 times.

6On third time, add margarine.

7Add this to sugar and milk.

8Blend on high speed about 7 to 8 minutes.

9Pour into deep unbaked pie crust and cook for 25 to 30 minutes at 325°.
