- 1/3 cup minced fresh dill
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 (6-ounce) pollock or other firm white fish fillets
- Cooking spray
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes. Remove fish from bag; discard marinade.

2Prepare grill or broiler.

3Place fish on a grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
