Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 2 c. milk (I use half and half)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (I like lemon)

Directions

    Combine ingredients and pour into a slightly baked pie shell. Cook at 400° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and continue cooking for 30 minutes.

    During this 30 minute period, open oven door all the way then close two or three times.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
