- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 2 c. milk (I use half and half)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla (I like lemon)
Directions

1Combine ingredients and pour into a slightly baked pie shell. Cook at 400° for 10 minutes.

2Reduce heat to 350° and continue cooking for 30 minutes.

3During this 30 minute period, open oven door all the way then close two or three times.

4Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
