  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. whole milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt or nutmeg

Directions

    Beat eggs until completely foamy; add sugar and beat until sugar is dissolved.

    Add milk, vanilla and salt or nutmeg.

    Pour in unbaked pie crust.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Turn oven down to 350° and bake until firm.
