- 4 eggs, separated
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix sugar and flour together.

2Add milk, butter, egg yolks and vanilla; mix well and cook over double boiler until thick.

3Pour into baked pie shell; top with meringue.

4Cook at 350° .

5Beat egg whites well until they form a peak.

6Stir in 1 tablespoon sugar and place on top of custard mix in pie shell.
