  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • coconut or chocolate (optional)

Directions

    1st Layer:

    Mix 1 cup plain flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 1/2 cups pecan pieces and 1 stick melted butter.

    Press in bottom of 12-inch rectangular Pyrex (or 10-inch round).

    Bake for 10 minutes at 375° or until light brown.

    Chill or allow to cool completely.
