Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 cans water
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. flavor
  • 1 1/2 cans evaporated milk

Directions

    Cream butter and mix flour and sugar and cream with butter or margarine.
  2. 2
    Beat eggs and add together with all other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie and cook at 400° until top is lightly brown.

    Reduce heat to 250° or 300° or cook until filling is slightly thick.
  4. 4
    Take out of oven and it will finish cooking. Very delicious!!!
