  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 2/3 c. Carnation evaporated milk, undiluted

    mix well. Pour custard into 6 to 8 baking dishes. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Place dishes in cake pan.

    Pour water around custard dishes.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted into the custard comes out clean.
