Bourbon Pecan Brie

- 1 13 ounce wheel of Brie
- 1 cup bourbon (Jim Beam)
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Bread slices, apple slices, crackers
Directions

11. Cut the rind off one side of the wheel of brie and place in a pie plate or cake pan (the tighter the better).

22. Combine bourbon and sugar and pour over top of brie.

33. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. You want the cheese soft and the sauce bubbly.

44. Serve with the bread, apples and crackers.
