Bourbon Pecan Brie

  • 1 13 ounce wheel of Brie
  • 1 cup bourbon (Jim Beam)
  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Bread slices, apple slices, crackers

Directions

    1. Cut the rind off one side of the wheel of brie and place in a pie plate or cake pan (the tighter the better).

    2. Combine bourbon and sugar and pour over top of brie.

    3. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. You want the cheese soft and the sauce bubbly.

    4. Serve with the bread, apples and crackers.
