  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla or to taste
  • 1 deep dish pie crust

    Mix eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla; beat.

    Pour in unbaked pie crust.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 450°, then reduce heat to 325° and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
