  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk (evaporated)
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Cream margarine, sugar and flour.

    Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Add milk, salt and vanilla.

    Mix well.

    Pour into an uncooked pastry shell.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm.
