Ingredients

  • 1 can shredded tuna fish
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. chopped red beets
  • 1 small can anchovies (optional)
  • generous lump of butter
  • lemon juice to taste

Directions

    Place entire mixture in frying pan. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.

    Heat thoroughly.

    It does not have to be cooked, just heated. Place generous spoonful on toast rounds.

    Top with Russian dressing. May also be served over noodles.
