- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. milk, warmed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1Beat eggs with sugar, a little at a time.

2Add warm milk, a little at a time.

3Stir in salt, nutmeg and vanilla.

4Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 325° and bake another 10 minutes. Serves 8.
