  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Mix and pour into a 9-inch pie crust.

    Bake for 5 minutes at 475°.

    Turn back to 425° and bake for 10 minutes more or until knife inserted in middle of pie comes out clean.
