  • 2 c. milk
  • 7 eggs (whole)
  • 1 tsp. plain flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • lump of butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Mix sugar and flour; add to egg mixture.

    Add milk and butter and heat until hot, not boiling.

    Place in partly browned pie crust and finish baking in 350° oven.

    Pie is done when you can insert kitchen knife in and it comes out smooth.
