- 6 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. sweet milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- nutmeg
Directions

1Beat 6 whole eggs until fluffy; add 1 cup sugar.

2Beat well. Add 2 cups milk and the vanilla.

3Chip 1/4 stick butter; mix thoroughly.

4Pour in unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.

5Sprinkle with nutmeg.

6Bake at 425° about 20 minutes, then turn back to 325°. Bake about 20 to 25 minutes or until firm.
