  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 pie crust

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff.

    Mix together the yolks, sugar, milk, salt, flour, vanilla and butter.

    Fold mixture into egg whites.
